Returns/Exchanges

Pups Etc is committed to providing high quality products that will be loved by everyone! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, please e-mail us at hello@pupsetc.com.

If your return is accepted, customers are responsible for the costs of a return shipping label and packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your refund/exchange will not be processed until we've received your item in the appropriate condition as noted above. 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on last chance items, sale items or gift cards.

Acknowledgments

Please supervise your pets when they are wearing our products to prevent injuries/damages. Pups Etc is not responsible for damaged products that were misused or wear-and-tear. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages cannot be replaced/refunded by us since these circumstances are out of our control. Please contact your mail courier immediately if there are any shipment issues and delays.
