Shipping & Processing Times

All Spooky Products will be shipped out on 10/18/24 so that it'll arrive before Halloween! If you order a product that is not in the Spooky Collection, your order will follow our Standard Processing Time and will be shipped 1 to 2 weeks from the date ordered. Please place TWO separate orders if you want to have your Spooky items shipped first, and all other products shipped afterwards. 
All Spooky product orders that were placed on 10/18 cannot be guaranteed to be delivered by Halloween unless you select Priority/Rush Shipping.

  • USA locations only
  • USPS Tracking Provided + Package Insurance (up to $100)
  • Standard: USPS Standard Ground Advantage (3-5 business days)
    • Free standard shipping for orders over $49
  • Priority/Rush: USPS Priority (1-3 business days)
  • USPS shipping rates are all estimated and subject to change
  • International Shipping: not available at this time

Processing Times

All products are handmade to order and will be ready to ship within 3 to 10 business days unless otherwise stated- holidays and launch day processing time may take longer. Please visit our Instagram @pupsetc for the most updated processing time information.
    If you need your order quickly, you may select Rush shipping for expedited processing time and priority shipping.

    Shipment Delays: Please note that some packages may arrive past their estimated delivery time due to mailing routes and post offices being backed up. Please contact your courier for status updates.

    Pups Etc is not responsible for packages that are missing/damaged, or delivery failures due to incorrect address submission. Once your order has been shipped, all delivery and package handling is up to your courier. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your packages and we will assist you with filing a claim with your courier.

      Helpful Information - USPS:

      We ship all of our products with tracking and your package has up to $100 insurance if lost.
