• USPS shipping rates are all estimated and subject to change
• Standard: USPS Standard Ground Advantage (3-5 business days)
• Free standard shipping for orders over $49
• Priority/Rush: USPS Priority (1-3 business days)

Processing Times

All products are handmade to order and will be ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days (unless otherwise stated). If you need your order quickly, you may select Rush shipping for expedited processing time and priority shipping.

Shipment Delays: Please note that some packages may arrive past their estimated delivery time due to mailing routes and post offices being backed up. Please contact your courier for status updates.

Pups Etc is not responsible for packages that are missing/damaged, or delivery failures due to incorrect address submission. Once your order has been shipped, all delivery and package handling is up to your courier. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your packages and we will assist you with filing a claim with your courier.
